Get started with Arvelos Form Monitor

Register a WordPress Contact Form 7 form for background monitoring. You'll get a Site ID and a site secret to paste into the Arvelos Form Monitor plugin.

What a passing check confirms — and what it doesn't

Arvelos opens your public form in a real browser, submits a controlled test, and confirms it receives the form's own notification. You're emailed when a form starts failing and again when it recovers.

A passing check confirms:

  • Your public form page was reachable.
  • The form accepted a controlled test submission.
  • Arvelos received the expected confirmation.

It does not claim:

  • That a real visitor's message reached your real inbox.
  • That mail avoided spam or quarantine.
  • That a CAPTCHA was verified — Arvelos never circumvents one; forms behind a CAPTCHA it can't safely test are reported as unsupported.

The public HTTPS site the form lives on.

The page where the Contact Form 7 form appears (must be on the same site).

In WordPress admin, open Contact → Contact Forms and click your form. Its shortcode near the title looks like [contact-form-7 id="42" title="Contact form 1"] — enter just that number (here, 42).

One address for this form's failure/recovery alerts.
